115th Day-29th Year!
24th Day of The 4th month
04-29-2008
3rd Day of the week, which is called Tuesday!
Blessed and Holy are You, O Mighty God! You are Wise above all! What is it that God wants? Examine my desires with Your Will, O Lord! Let all of my desires be according to Your Will; and, I ask that You would expose all opposition to doing Your Will. All of my joy shall be in doing that which You want done. Let the Word of the Lord come unto me; and, send what is needed so that this Word will always flow outward from me!
Sometimes people won't do things because they say they cannot do them well! But, you will never increase in skills if you don't do anything! I have heard people say, "I don't like the way my voice sounds!" Your voice is the voice people hear! What are you going to do, stop talking?
I have been thinking about some things this morning that I saw in a dream last night: but, there is no inspiration to write about those things. I know I have also meditated on children who are home schooled, and what are they doing to be prepared for that which is to come. Are they learning properly to remain independent; or, will they be looking for someone to hire them when they get out from under their parents? What will they do about that diploma? Are they truly learning the ways of faith? Are they learning how to be responsible? How much sincerity is in them? If the Lord is not being taken seriously, they will not be properly prepared to step out in the world! They will end up looking for some school to go to in order to get those things that the job market requires for them to get a job. Are you taking the Lord seriously? He is only going to help those whom He knows are taking Him seriously! Will you be ready? And, what makes you think you can teach if you have not taken time to learn? How can you teach a person about following the Lord if you won't follow Him? Amen!
I saw a man standing, waiting for the city bus to come that would take them to school in the south end of town. The place where the man was waiting was at the southwest corner of Gill Street and Pine Street. This is where the bus would stop. The man wore a cowboy outfit, and was wearing a gun belt with two guns in two holsters. The belt was full of bullets! There were other younger children standing with him, talking with him. I saw the bus coming: but, it was a Magnolia-Refinery bus, which meant that this bus would travel to the south end of town, going by the refinery. The man wondered which bus he would take to get to the school. I remembered from my youth that the Magnolia bus would take the students to the school, and drop them off right in front of the school: but, the Pine Street-South Park bus would take the route along Irvin Street, and the students would have to walk a short distance to get to the school. I saw how the man remembered that the Magnolia bus would drop him off right in front of the school. But, the Magnolia bus does not travel that route along Pine Street. There were two buses travelling the same route! But, in the dream it did travel that way. I saw both buses coming. The Magnolia bus was first, with the Pine Street bus coming a short distance behind it. That is when I saw the man was wondering which of these buses should he take. And, he remembered the Magnolia Street bus. Things have changed since the last time you have used them. Things are not the way they use to be. The man was on his way to Charlton-Pollard High School. He got on the bus; but, he did not know how much the bus fare was. A man who was sitting in the seat behind the driver told him that it was twelve cents to ride the bus. The man also put the twelve cents in the meter box for him. It was a dime and two pennies. The man said thank you to the man who had paid his bus fare; and, went to sit down. Then he remembered that Charlton-Pollard was no longer there, and he needed to catch a bus that would take him to Central High School. I have pondered this dream to understand the meaning of it. In recent days I have had to take the bus to go some place because our vehicle is no longer working. But, I am not familiar with the bus routes, nor with the bus fares. I was able to catch the Magnolia bus at the corner of Magnolia and Leight Street that would take me to the Post Office. I am very familiar with how to get to some place driving there: but, now there is a need to know how to navigate the city by buses. I wondered about the two guns which the man wore. There seemed to be nothing strange about him wearing two guns. No one thought anything about this. As I meditated on this, I wondered if this was referring to the shoulder bag that I carry with the CD and written reports. But, I don't lean to my own understanding as to what this means. I thought about the 12 cents that the man put in the meter box for the man. He paid the man's fare! The only 12 that came to me was the 12 Apostles of the Lord. But, this is not to say that this is what this meant. There was a bus that came along a route that it does not usually run, that would take a man to a school that no longer exists. There is a man that is returning to a school after being out of school for many years. When we think something still exists, when it does not, what do we do? How is this man preparing so diligently for something as if it still exists, when it does not exist. No one told him that this school was no longer there. It came to him while he was in the way. I have no idea about what all of this means: but, the Lord gave the dream for a reason. O Lord, You will send forth understanding in Your Time! Amen!
When I was in school, I knew how the buses ran that would take the children from the north end to the south end. When I was in school, I kept up with the things concerning school: but, now that I no longer go to school, I don't keep up with these things. Bus schedules and bus routes change. Amen!
