style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Preachers are chosen by the Lord; and, they wait on the Lord for what He has to say; and then, the preachers are given to tell the people what is the Will of the is a preacher s salary?<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>His salary is the Tithes and freewill offerings that the congregation gives!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>The Tithes is the Lord s; and, the Tithe is Holy!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>That which belongs to the Lord, He has given to those preachers whom He has chosen; and, this is for their livelihood!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>No one can exercise control over that which belongs to the Lord; and, neither do they dictate to the preacher how the Tithes are to be used.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>The preacher does not require the flock to give any more than the Lord has ordained for them to give.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>The expense for the building, which is his home, comes out of those Tithes and offerings he receives!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>God s preachers are brought up in knowing how to use Wisdom and discretion!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>They don t live beyond their means!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>They also teach the people by their example!<span freewill offering is something that someone decides to give of his own freewill, without anyone making a suggestion about what to give.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>A freewill offering is something that is motivated out of a person s own desire to do!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>A freewill offering can be described as a surprise gift!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>It is not something that the person who receives it expects nor desires someone to give!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Both the Tithe and the freewill offering is something that is done in secret!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Make sure your giving is being done in secret!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>This is what a true preacher will urge you to do, because this is according to the Commandment of the Lord!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>There are no checks, nor money orders, nor envelopes with money or checks in them, whereby someone can distinguish who gave what and how much!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Only God should know this!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>That is what a true preacher teaches!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Any other way is not according to the Will of God!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Whosoever is doing this in another way has made what they give to be unclean; and, God will not accept any unclean things!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>All things must be done precisely the Way God laid them out, or He will not accept it!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>All congregations, which the Lord has established, will have a box near the door of the house of the preacher, so when people come in, they can drop what they have to give in the box.<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Who gave what and how much is known to God!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Make sure you are following God s Instructions; and, make sure this way is not <span class=GramE>grievous</span> to you, because you disqualify yourself as a cheerful giver!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>And, see to it that you don t want anyone to know what you gave!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>This is a frame of mind that God is looking at!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>He knows if you desire for anyone to know you gave, and what you gave!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Remember this: to desire something in the heart is counted the same as having done something!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Let your heart be purged of those evil desires!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Don t let <span class=GramE>your</span> giving be in vain as is the case with so many people who are style='font-size:24.0pt'><span style='mso-tab-count:1'>    </span>A preacher shall not operate with another head over him!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>For this reason, the Lord tells the preachers to establish themselves in their own places, and let the people come to them where they are!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Preachers shall not do his labor in another man s house!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>If the people, who come before him, does not like what he preaches; they are free to leave: but, they cannot kick a man out of his own house!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Who among you will go to another person s house, and will try to exercise control over that house?<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>You become subject to the rules of that house: but, if you don t like those rules, you are free to leave, and not come back!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>The people who remain learn to agree as one in that which God preachers receive the same instructions from the Lord by the same source!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>You will not find conflict between two preachers who are ordained by the Lord, because the source of their information is the same source!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Only those preachers whom the Lord has chosen will be visited by the Messenger Angel, Who brings to them what the Lord wants the people to have!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>This order was shown to us in Revelation 1:1, whereby it is written saying,  The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto Him, <span style='background:lime;mso-highlight: lime'>to show unto His <span class=GramE>servants</span> things</span>, which must shortly come to pass; and He sent and signified it by <span style='background:lime;mso-highlight:lime'>His Angel</span> unto His servant John. <span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>This shows that God speaks to Jesus; and, Jesus speaks to the Angel; and, the Angel speaks only to those who are the servants of the Lord; and, the servants speak to the people!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>The Spirit and the Word is One, all the way through to the preachers, and out from the preachers!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Therefore, we speak in the Spirit, and by the Spirit!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>There is nothing changed in that line of communication!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Those preachers who are not receiving the Messages from the Messenger Angel are deaf and dumb like what happened to Zechariah, the father of John the Baptist, who did not receive the Words of the Messenger Angel Gabriel!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Being deaf and dumb means because it is not hearing what the Angel said; therefore, what is being spoken is not what the Angel brought!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>This is as not being able to speak at all, because what we speak must be spoken in the Spirit and by the Spirit!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Not hearing the Spirit is deafness!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Faith comes by hearing; and, if the preacher cannot hear from the Angel; he has no faith!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>And, if he is not speaking what the Angel offered to him; he is not speaking by the Spirit; and, therefore, there is no Power in what he is saying!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>If the Spirit is not in what he is preaching, there can be no work being done, because it is the Spirit that does the work!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>God said His Word will accomplish whatsoever He sends it forth to do!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>So, if what is being spoken is not what God sent; it will not accomplish anything!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Everything that is being done and spoken must be according to the Will of God!<span style='mso-spacerun:yes'>  </span>Everything must be
