5th Day of the week, which is called Thursday!
Blessed and Holy are You, O Mighty God! You give me what to write, and when to write! You arrange all things according to how You are pleased. I am also pleased with Your arrangements! I have considered being taught to use the Word more to handle all situations! When the meditations come; I acknowledge You in giving me what to start thinking upon. It shall become a desire of my heart, because You do establish all proper desires in our hearts. You give us what to start to think upon! We are to be built up in our Most Holy Faith! You set everything in order for this to be! It is written in John, saying, "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The Same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made." So, I considered natural responses, and first thoughts! We were taught how to respond to many situations! See a mosquito; we swat it. See roaches; we get insect spray, or some other physical thing! When you see a tornado, what are you taught to do? We have been programmed about what to do in many cases. Now, let us become deprogrammed; and, reprogrammed in the right ways! My Lord, take away from me all of those programmed responses; and, bring me on in the right ways. Delete these programs from my mind; and, rewrite all proper responses in my mind, I pray Thee! I noticed how Moses was being taught to use that Rod, which God gave him. This is using something physical! But later, God began telling him to start speaking to things. We are not using our words enough! The use of the Word is not the first thing that comes to my mind; and, it cannot be until God shall establish it to be so! Now, it is my desire to be able to use the Word more, and foremost. The use of physical things could get very expensive! I know I cannot do anything until the Spirit comes from on High to give me the Power to do these things! Therefore, O Lord, I ask that You would send forth the Spirit; and, cause Him to abide in me! Amen!
We are still having to depend on many physical means to take care of problems. We cannot be made perfect by having to continue to depend on the use of physical things! This is what Paul was speaking about in Galatians 3, when he said "Having begun in the Spirit, are you now made perfect by the flesh?" The flesh means that which is physical! We can become loaded down with many physical and material things, because of the many needs we will have. We will be looking like those people who have a lot of medicines in their medicine cabinets! This is for this; and, this is for that; and, this is for this! Now, we need something that will take care of everything! Amen!
We have also seen that many physical things, which we once used to take care of problems, are no longer available to us. Certain herbs are no longer available! But, the Words of God are always available! The Word is Spirit; and, Spirit is mightier than all things. I noticed in my travels that I was given to use physical actions, and to use the spoken words to get things done. Clear up our thoughts, O Lord, I pray Thee! Teach us Your Ways, O Lord! Having confidence in the Word is having confidence in God! Jesus said, "Believe in God; and, believe also in Me!" Jesus is the Word of God; and, the Word is God! All Power is given to the Word of God! Dominion over everything is given to the Word of God! So, the Word should work against any problem! But, a pure heart is required for this to be so. And, the lips must not be given to speaking evil. Amen!
The Words are spoken confidently against evil spirits, because they cannot be seen: but, this confidence must also be when speaking against physical things, which we can see. The sight of things can affect us in what we do, and how we will speak. Now is the time to learn to deal with those physical things that appear before us. It was some years ago that the Lord spoke with us about seeing a man with his guts hanging out; and, having the confidence to speak against such conditions to cause the man to be restored. The mind is shaken by what appears before our eyes! But, Strength to the mind is given by God; and, this is what the Word said He would do: He said He would strengthen our hearts with His Spirit in our inward man! He said He would strengthen the hearts of His people. O Lord, I call upon You to do for us, that which You promised, because our hearts sure do need that Strengthening! Give us of Your Spirit, O Heavenly Father! Let none of these fearful sights, which You spoke about, have dominion over me, I pray Thee! Amen!
"To command a thing to be removed must be spoken without doubt in the heart!" Therefore, O Lord, I call upon You to search out all doubt in my heart; and, cause it to be removed, so that when I am given to speak against a physical condition, it will respond, and do exactly as I have commanded it to do. Blessed and Holy are You, O Mighty God! Amen!
"Let the mind be purged of all thoughts of using physical means first!" Be it done unto me, even as You have said, O Lord! Purge me, O God; and, renew a Right Spirit within me! Amen!
